Foreign Economic Activity Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposals and solutions that create additional value for the client.
• Build relationships and establish effective communication with all participants on the client’s side.
• Collect feedback from clients and related company departments regarding the quality of services provided.
• Control the accuracy of customs brokerage documentation.
• Communicate with the client’s suppliers.
• Submit requests to the broker and monitor the timely provision of customs services.
• Submit requests to the transport department and monitor timely shipment of goods and delivery deadlines.
• Provide clients with timely updates on the current status of their cargo.
• Consult clients on matters related to foreign economic activity.
• Monitor payments to broker partners. Issue invoices to clients and control client payments.
• Conduct negotiations, conclude contracts and additional agreements related to extra services and service cost revisions.
• Prepare reports for clients.

Our Expectations:

• Higher education — Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, foreign economic activity, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in foreign economic activity within multimodal transportation.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
