Supplier Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Placing standard orders with approved suppliers (monthly recurring orders).
- Submitting invoices for payment and checking the accuracy of related documents.
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers within specific product categories.
- Maintaining and updating the supplier database and adding new potential suppliers to the contract registry.
- Entering procurement data into analytical tables for further analysis.

Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing customized logistics solutions and proposals that create added value for clients;
- Building and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders on the client’s side;
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from clients and internal departments regarding service quality;
- Controlling the correctness of customs brokerage documentation and communicating with clients’ suppliers;
- Submitting requests to customs brokers and monitoring timely provision of customs services;
- Coordinating with the transportation department: controlling shipments and delivery timelines;
- Providing clients with up-to-date information on cargo status;
- Consulting clients on foreign economic activity and customs-related matters;
- Monitoring payments to broker partners, issuing invoices to clients, and controlling timely payments;
- Conducting negotiations, signing contracts and addendums related to additional services and tariff revisions;
- Preparing reports for clients.
Our Expectations:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Foreign Economic Activity;
- At least 2 years of experience in FEA, preferably in multimodal transportation;
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in building long-term relationships with clients and partners;
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

- Negotiating, concluding, and developing long-term contracts with Clients.
- Conducting preliminary analysis of Clients’ growth potential and customizing the Company’s products and solutions according to their expectations.
- Developing strategies to accelerate growth rates and expand the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- picking items according to customer orders;
- collecting online orders;
- individually assembling items into baskets;
- preparing parcels for shipment;
- working with scanners and invoices.

- readiness to learn — prior experience is not required, we provide training;
