Challenges for the Sales Team
Before implementing HubSpot, our sales team at Ekol Logistics used a CRM that allowed deal tracking but didn’t provide full process management. As the company grew, these limitations became more evident.
Key limitations:
- No integrations with email, calendars, LinkedIn, Fireflies, or VoIP telephony.
- No way to consolidate and maintain clean data
- Not easy to set up automated workflows.
- No visibility into sales representatives’ activities

Website & Marketing Connection
By connecting HubSpot directly to the website through Сontent Hub, all incoming leads are now captured and processed automatically. Manual entry is gone, response times are faster, and conversion rates are stronger.
The Cloudfresh team eliminated the bottleneck when all leads were routed to the Head of Sales, and only then did he split them between Sales Executives, which critically affected the response time.
