Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with key clients in the fashion segment.
  • Building effective communication with all client representatives.
  • Acting as the main contact person for the client.
  • Analyzing the market, fashion industry trends, and competitive environment.
  • Monitoring profitability indicators and KPI performance.
  • Conducting negotiations on commercial terms and contracts with clients.
  • Initiating service improvements and creating additional value for the client.

Our Expectations:

  • Interest in professional development in the field of outsourced logistics solutions that create value and potential for clients.
  • Ability to combine analytics, commercial thinking, and partnership-based relationship building.

  • Customer focus and confidence in negotiations at the executive level.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working with key clients.
  • Experience with clients in the fashion segment will be an advantage.
  • Ability to see processes strategically while also diving deeply into details.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with income and expense indicators, including P&L.
  • Upper Intermediate English level or higher.
