Multimodal Solutions Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s multimodal solutions that help clients build resilient and adaptable supply chains.
- Attract new clients, conclude long-term contracts, and develop strong business partnerships.
- Analyse prospective clients, their business needs, and growth potential.
- Tailor the company’s products and solutions to clients’ expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct negotiations with company management representatives.

- Proven experience in selling multimodal or integrated logistics solutions.
- A solid understanding of logistics processes and the ability to identify clients’ needs and potential.
- A results-oriented approach and an interest in developing new services that create additional value for clients.
- Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to think strategically while maintaining close attention to detail.
- A desire to develop professional expertise in logistics solutions sales.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
