Multimodal Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the commercial team: receive requests, ensure timely and efficient procurement of services, and provide feedback.
- Communicate with agents, partners, and contractors in the field of sea, rail, road, and air transportation.
- Plan and organize the full transportation cycle according to the client’s request.
- Monitor every stage of the shipment to ensure an efficient logistics solution.
- Search for new partners to ensure high-quality transportation services.
- Regularly monitor prices, rates, and routes.
- Promptly resolve issues that arise during transportation in real time.
- Request and check the necessary documents for organizing the full transportation cycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal company procedures, and applicable legislation.
Our Expectations:
- Higher education, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in organizing multimodal transportation.
- Practical experience in building effective logistics processes.
- Experience working with partners in container, rail, and road transportation.
- Understanding of transportation specifics across Europe, Asia, and other international markets.
- Knowledge of international standards for organizing multimodal cargo transportation.
- Understanding of tariff formation principles. Knowledge of English or Polish will be an advantage.
- Practical experience with 1C 8 accounting software will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Willingness to develop in the field of logistics, gain new knowledge, and improve professional skills.
