Coffee and related products must appear on store shelves exactly on time. Logistics for retail chains (ATB, Aurora, Novus, Auchan, Metro, Omega, Varus, and others) has its own specifics: constant penalties for the slightest deviation from the schedule, risks of vehicle delays during unloading. 

We have built a flexible and stable model that allows us to work in these conditions without disruptions or failures. Ekol’s responsiveness and willingness to adapt to the requirements of retail chains have become the basis of customer trust and ensured stable deliveries to large retail chains.

Flawless document processing is critical for all operations. We have implemented digital tools—real-time tracking, ERP integration, and electronic document management. We are already working with eTTN for ATB networks, which ensures transparency and compliance with legislation and internal client standards.

• Our own equipment and materials for packaging kits. We have the expertise and our own equipment, which allows us to implement even non-standard packaging projects. We provide everything necessary for the process — from food film to individual stickers. If necessary, we are ready to consult and adapt the layout or design of the packaging to the specific requirements of the customer, guaranteeing high quality and speed of execution.
• Transportation of various formats. We use a fleet of light-duty vehicles and trucks with hydraulic lifts for fast targeted deliveries to retail chains and HoReCa. We have implemented a vehicle maintenance system to avoid downtime.
• Flexible delivery schedule. We have created an adaptive schedule that takes into account seasonal loads and peak periods. We have optimized routes through key logistics hubs and provided backup schedules in case of force majeure.
• Digitization of document flow. We connected the company to the eTTN system, configured integration with internal software, and trained staff. This reduced document processing time and ensured their protection.
• Operational support. The Ekol team is always on call to respond quickly to urgent orders. We prepared backup resources and implemented a quality control system
